Career Technical Education & Industry Partnerships
Developing pathways for schools through specialized training and development programs in order for them to move from good to GREAT. Services cover all aspects of CTE from development, grant writing to implementation and compiance.
Additionally, as a result of strong trust relationships, Rethink EC partners directly with industry by providing strategic planning and execution based on unique knowledge and understanding of the nuances of the education market.
Internship Development & Dual Enrollment Specialists
Creating real-world opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience and open doors to careers. Rethink EC has a proven history of coordinating agreements with both community colleges and universities.
Grant Writing
Rethink EC has written and obtained over 21 million dollars to support schools through grants. Our work helps to identify problems and obtain funding to support the problem solving.
Strategic Planning & Program Evaluation
Strategic work with districts and schools to build sustainable programs that benefit the students and staff. This work includes a comprehensive examination of CTE programs as well as survey of all partners.
